1. 75% Deposit is required to confirm your order. Balance payable before delivery.
2. Please make your payment directly into our bank account. Use your Order ID as the payment reference.
3. Your order will be processed when the funds have cleared in our account.
4. All prices are VAT inclusive.
5. This quote is valid for 7 days.
6. Stock is limited and subject to price fluctuations due to ROE and will be confirmed at time of placing the order with our suppliers.
7. Lead times on stock is 7 - 14 working days and is dependent on the stock availability.

8. On monthly charges, payment needs to be made at start of the month. Failure to make  payment will result in the service discontinuing. Once payment is made and funds reflect, then the service will resume.

9. The on site hosting charge includes costs for 1.5 hours per month of support, internet and facility fees. There may be occasions where troubleshooting is required which would then incur a cost of R200/hour and would be billed separately.
